Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges:

1. Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

2. How to Exchange

  1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at honanie84@yahoo.com within 14 days of your purchase to request an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Prepare Your Exchange: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and a note indicating the size or item you wish to exchange for.
  3. Ship the Exchange: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location. Be sure to get a receipt for tracking purposes.

3. Exchange Details

  • Size Exchanges: You can exchange an item for a different size. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund to your original payment method instead.
  • Item Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the exchange process and specify the item you would like in place of the original. If the new item costs more, we will issue a separate invoice for the additional amount.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales are final for items purchased at a discount or on final sale.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at honanie84@yahoo.com. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping charges, as appropriate.

6. International Exchanges

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for instructions on how to process an international exchange.
